General obligations of Responsible Persons according to article 5th of the Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council:
- Must be an entity (natural or legal person) established in the EU
- Name and address of Responsible Person must be on the product label
- Full responsibility for safety and legal compliance
